go up in montgomery county. a law maker wants the ability to impose a county-wide gas tax. montgomery county council president says the gas tax could fund transportation projects, including the purple line. he says one of the advantages of the county tax is the county would get to keep all of the revenue. the move comes after maryland governor martin o'malley failed his attempts to raise the state's gas tax. >>> driving in the district can be tricky, especially getting around the traffic circles. richard and i were just talking about this. take a look at this video from josh ritts. one decided to drive through logan circle in the gas to get to rhode island avenue. this happened on monday. some did call police, but we don't know what happened after that. i'm not saying that's okay, but the circles can get confusing. this is coming from a local person. the traffic circles get crazy. >> usually, i go around in circles. i don't cut on the grass like that. >> you just keep driving until you get to the right exit. >> wiggle my way out of there. >>> the time right now is 4:55. po
